I was reading the latest issue of “Sacramento” magazine today when I realized that I hate the food critics in this town. Not just the “Sacramento” magazine critic, but also the Sacramento News & Review and Sacramento Bee critics. It’s nothing personal, I just think their reviews are terrible.
Maybe “terrible” is too strong a word.
What I mean to say is that they are speaking to a certain demographic. I feel left out.
At first, I was considering doing an all out restaurant review blog. However, being that I like sushi more than almost every other type of food, it has become a Sacramento sushi review blog. Aimed at students, in Sacramento and the surrounding areas, who enjoy sushi.
